How do squid swim? Catch prey? Eat? Even release ink to escape predators? These are just a few of the questions students will ask when they observe a day in the life of a squid. Through external exploration, observation, and dissection of a fresh squid, students will collect evidence to answer their own questions and come up with explanations for the functions of various structures they find on and in their squid.
