On a visit to The Lawrence, students collaborate to investigate new ideas as they become scientists and engineers for a day.
We partner with school districts to support science learning. We offer district-wide elementary, middle, and high school programs, either virtually or in-person.
We collaborate with a range of partners to innovate in science education. Together, we go further.
SEPUP (The Science Education for Public Understanding Program) creates innovative science curriculum for use in 6-12 education. Issue-oriented science forms the core of SEPUP’s curriculum materials. Every unit uses personal and societal issues to provide thematic continuity for student investigations and observations. SEPUP is part of UC Berkeley’s Lawrence Hall of Science. Our materials are exclusively distributed by Lab-Aids. Visit sepuplhs.org.
