Cub Scout® Sleepover

Come to the best sleepover ever, at the Lawrence Hall of Science! Experience a full-evening program with adventures that will include an entertaining assembly, an interactive festival, and free time to explore the exhibits. Sleep under our special featured exhibits. Evening snacks will be provided, and in the morning enjoy a continental breakfast.

Open to Cub Scouts, Friends, and Families

Time: 6:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m.

Where: Lawrence Hall of Science

Costs: $55 per participant, nonrefundable.  Please register as a pack if possible.

Patch: LHS patch included.

Registration opens: September 1, 2009

Registration closes: One week before the event

Logistics:

  • One adult per each 1st grader.  All children must be 1st grade or older.
  • One adult chaperone is required for every five children 2nd grade and above.
  • Chaperones must be 21
  • All adults must be accompanied by children.

Getting ready:
 Each participant will need a sleeping bag, a sleeping pad, a pillow, and overnight clothes. You may also wish to bring a sleeping mask. Please label all your items. Regular parking fees will apply on day of event.

    Earthquakes, erosion, wind, and weather. Experience small-scale versions of the geologic forces that shape and reshape landmasses like those in the Bay Area.
