Parking Information

We have plenty of available parking.

The lots are operated by the UC Berkeley Parking and Transportation.

Parking machine rates are:

• $1.50 for the first hour
• $1 per hour thereafter to a maximum of $7 per day**

The University of California self-pay machines take small bills only.

Before leaving your car, note the number of your parking stall; the parking machines will ask for your parking stall number. You will receive a receipt at the machine, but you do not need to return to your car to display the receipt. Please do not leave valuables in your car.

**On weekends and holidays
Before 3:00 p.m.: Pay a flat rate of $3.50 inside the museum.

Please remember your stall number.

Note that in the fall during upcoming UC Berkeley home football games,Centennial Drive is closed at stadium rim way.

Please use the Grizzly Peak Boulevard route on those days.
