Update Thunderbird Address Book

1. Download the addressbook file:
   LHS_adressbook.tab (save to disk)
2. From within thunderbird click Tools->Import...
3. From the Thunderbird's Import dialog window choose "Address Books" then click "Next"
4. Choose "Text file (LDIF, .tab, .csv, .txt)"
5. From within the file chooser window, select the "LHS_addressbook.tab" file that you downloaded in step 1 and then click "Open"
6. From the "Import Address Book" window click "OK"

You may check the items you are accostumed to seeing in your address book.
Common items are: Work Phone,Work Address,Job Title, Department, Organization
