What does a TEAMS Intern Gain?
Gain valuable work experience and stipend support performing a variety of
duties:
Animal Monitor, Computer Discovery Lab Facilitator, Exhibit Explainer, Newsletter
Editor, Theatre Performer, Family Health Facilitator, Horticulturist at the UCB Botanical
Garden, TEAMS Program Assistant, and much more...
Work alongside 8-10 talented UCB students who are responsible for maintaining
the Discovery Lab programs.
Receive a monthly newsletter that features an "Intern of the Month"
and information about upcoming events. It also announces new stipend and volunteer
positions and presents articles and artistic works from the Interns.
Develop interview skills, a resume, and a portfolio to promote yourself in
future job searches and college applications.
Enjoy networking with other teens at LHS and other science centers.
