Pixar Animation Studios
We all know and love Pixar's work from Finding Nemo, Toy
Story, The Incredibles and Monsters, Inc. Now you and your friends can
tour Pixar
Animation Studios and find out how these box office sensations went
from story ideas to the big screen. Known for world-class creative
talent, Pixar's success is also due to innovative technology. Pixar
created the first feature-length computer animated film in 1995 and
has been racking up the accolades ever since. This behind-the-scenes
tour will include an exhibit of the original visual development artwork
from Pixar's upcoming Spring 2006 release-Cars. (Please note that the
tour is for a total of eight people and lunch will be provided.)
Feel the Sand Beneath Your Toes
Feel the sand beneath your toes at a weeklong retreat in Stinson Beach.
Your vacation includes a six-night stay at the four-bedroom two-bath
Seadrift oceanfront home of Midge and Peter Zischke. Wake up to the
soothing sounds of the ocean, and spend your days hiking at Point Reyes
or bird-watching at Audubon Canyon Ranch. And, of course, start your

Spend a week fishing, skiing, or simply relaxing at a mountain paradise
in Idaho. Tucked away along the banks of the famed Wood River-and only
20 minutes from Sun Valley-sit the luxurious custom home of Jean and
Don Brandenburger. Providing the perfect retreat for your family vacation,
the main house features three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, indoor/outdoor
hot tub, and an expansive deck. The charming little brother guesthouse
offers two bedrooms, two baths, and yet another hot tub. (Does not
include airfare. Not available most of July, August, and the Christmas
holiday week.)
LHS Rental
Looking for a magnificent panoramic view for your next party? Here
it is! Astound your guests with a private evening use of the Lawrence
Hall of Science, including the exhibits and outdoor areas, for your
party of up to 500 guests. Not available on weekends during the months
of August and December or Labor Day weekend. (Minimum bid $2,500)
Bring Science to Your Favorite School
LHS will roll out a van and bring an exciting science program to the
local school of your choice. Includes two sessions for grades K-8,
maximum of 300 students per session. (Minimum bid $1,000)
By Land Or By Sea
Unwind with one week in Inverness in a lovely cottage situated on a
private acre of land with breathtaking forest views. Located just a
short drive from Tomales Bay and the Point Reyes National Seashore,
you can spend the week getting back to nature or catching up on some
rest and relaxation. This splendid home offers two bedrooms plus a
den, two full baths, large living and dining area, a cozy fireplace,
spacious deck, two patios, and a seven-person spa. And for the adventure
types, we've included a four-hour kayak rental for two courtesy of
Blue Waters Kayaking. (Not available over the Thanksgiving or Christmas
holidays, dates to be mutually agreed upon.)
Taste the Good Life at
Lost Canyon Winery
Lost Canyon Winery produces world-class Pinot Noir and Syrah. Among
numerous recent accolades, Wines and Spirits selected Lost Canyon's
Pinot Noir in their top ten of 2005. Get a glimpse into how the Winery's
small production quantities allows the vintners to respond to the nuances
of each grape and harvest at a tour and tasting of Lost Canyon Winery.
Plus, you will receive a case of Lost Canyon Winery's palate pleasing
wines. (Case includes 6 bottles of Pinot Noir and 6 bottles of Syrah.

Napa Valley's Finest-Meadowood and Cakebread Cellars
Enjoy a one night stay and full spa treatment for two at Meadowood
Napa Valley. Nestled into a beautiful, two hundred and fifty acre valley,
Meadowood features croquet lawns, tennis courts, a nine-hole golf course,
hiking trails, swimming, wine country cuisine, and of course, the full-service

Begin your enjoyment of the arts with dinner for four at Paul Hertelendy's
beautiful Piedmont home followed by a night out at Berkeley Repertory
Theatre. Plus, you will receive two tickets to California Shakespeare
Theater and two tickets to Cal Performances.
Tease Your Palate With Premium Australian Wines
Australia is quickly surpassing France's reputation for superb wine,
and you can discover why at a high-end Australian wine tasting courtesy
of Petra Michel and Richard Newton. The imaginative use of varieties
and blends, and Australia's varied landscape, colors the Australian
wine market and makes for an excellent range of distinctive regional
flavors. At an intimate gathering at their home, Richard and Petra
will take you from Coonawarra in South Australia to Hunters Valley

Gardener's Delight
A private six-person tour will serve as your introduction to UC Berkeley's
Botanic Gardens. Set high in the Berkeley Hills, the Garden's 34 acres
houses over 12,000 different kinds of rare and endangered plants organized
by regions ranging from native California to exotic South Africa. Box
lunches are provided by Socca Oven owned by renowned chef Gregoire
Jacquet and located in Berkeley's new Epicurious Garden. Plus, you
will receive a UC Botanical Gardens family membership.
