Business Contracts - Index

Business Contracts assists LHS personnel to do business with outside parties. Whether goods or services are being sold to an outside party, or specialized goods or services are being purchased, or other obligations exchanged, Business Contracts can help get the proper contract or purchase order in place. The office reviews, prepares, and assists in formulating and negotiating agreements with a business or commercial purpose, as well as advising on related matters.
