To inspire the next generation of innovators we bring engaging, hands-on learning to hundreds of schools across the country. We also support thousands of teachers a year through our professional development programs, and provide field trips, workshops, and science assemblies for more than 300,000 Northern California students.
Curriculum Programs
Our thoroughly researched and classroom-tested curricula routinely help students meet and exceed national standards. We create full-year courses and individual units to teach children from pre-K though 12th grade in a wide range of settings. Each program offers on-going professional development to help school staff acquire the skills and tools they need for successful program implementation in their particular school and district.
Field Trips, Science Shows, and Workshops
Each year we bring engaging science directly to thousands of students, sparking curiosity and building skills. Visit the exhibits, book a science workshop for your class, or engage your whole school in a science assembly.
Research, Evaluation, & Assessment
As part of the University of California Berkeley, we provide research, independent evaluation, and assessment services for a full spectrum of formal and informal education needs.
