Registration Fees

With a grant from the Armed Forces through the Academy of Applied Sciences, we are able to provide food and lodging for three days and two nights for a group of one adult chaperon and up to three high school students for a single group registration fee of $100.

Groups of more than four will pay a per person fee based on the cost of lodging, food, and facilities expenses for each extra participant.

You can access and complete the form electronically by clicking the link above or on the Forms drop down menu.    The due date for the Registration Form is February 24, 2011, but you may submit it at any time after you have submitted the Indication of Interest Form.  The earlier the better!

Lodging, meals, and all symposium activities will be provided for all registered symposium participants.

Public, private, parochial or home-schooled groups are invited. It is not required that a group have a student presenter in the scholarship competition to participate in the symposium.

Those schools wishing to bring more than four participants, the per person costs will be:

Two nights at the hotel, all meals, and all activities - $250
One night at the hotel, meals and activities while in attendance - $150
Commuting participants, full symposium, all meals other than breakfast and all activities - $100
Commuting participants, one day, all meals and activities while in attendance - $50
