Registration Fees

Through a grant from the Armed Forces through the Academy of Applied Science, we are able to provide food and lodging for three days and two nights at the Reno Circus Circus Hotel for a group of one adult chaperone and up to three students for a single group registration fee of $100. Groups of more than three will pay a per person fee for each extra participant, which will amount to one half of the cost of food and lodging for each extra person.

The Registration Form, which will be sent to you upon receipt of your Indication of Interest, will be the one you send to reserve your hotel, food and participation.

Lodging, meals, and symposium registration will be provided all participants:

Meals and Activities – The Conference and Events Center, Circus Circus Hotel
Student Research Presentations – The UNR Student Union Auditorium

FOR A SINGLE GROUP REGISTRATION FEE OF $100
