Registration Fees

Through a grant from the Armed Forces through the Academy of Applied Science, we are able to provide food and lodging for three days and two nights at the DoubleTree Inn Hotel in the Berkeley Marina for a group of one adult chaperone and up to three students for a single group registration fee of $100. Groups of more than three will pay a fee which will amount to one half of the cost of food and lodging for each extra person.

The Registration Form, which will be sent to you upon receipt of your Indication of Interest, will be the one you send to reserve your hotel, food and participation.

Lodging, meals, and symposium registration will be provided all participants:
Lodging – Best Western Inn and Suites, Seaside, CA, March 14 and 15
Meals and Activities – The Conference and Events Center, CSUMB

ALL SCHOOLS ARE INVITED TO BRING ONE ADULT AND UP TO THREE STUDENTS
FOR A SINGLE GROUP REGISTRATION FEE OF $100

Commuting Participants, full symposium, all meals and activities -$100
Commuting Participants, one day, all activities and meals involved - $50
