Richmond, Kentucky, Seventh-Graders Connect with Jane Goodall

As part of the FOSS Population and Ecosystems Course, students view a video about the work of Jane Goodall, Among the Wild Chimpanzees. Students in Margaret Soto’s class at Madison Middle School in Richmond, Kentucky, were impressed by the film and Goodall’s efforts. They wrote letters to Goodall describing their reactions to the film and other questions they had about her work. Here are some examples of their letters and the reply from The Jane Goodall Institute.
