Animal Homes Camp

In trees, under the ground, and in ponds—animal homes are all around us! Campers learn about animals’ adaptations, defenses, and nesting behaviors by holding gentle animals from the Animal Discovery Room, exploring the LHS pond, and hunting for small creatures hiding under rocks and leaves. Campers create a classroom “forest” made of cardboard boxes and act out stories about the animals that live there.
